Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) The regulations may declare that a part of the fishing industry, whether managed in whole or in part by or on behalf of the Commonwealth or a State or Territory, is a separately levied fishery .
(2) The regulations may declare that a levy attached to an R&D Corporation established in respect of the fishing industry is also a levy on a separately levied fishery.
