Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) An R&D Corporation may, by writing under its common seal, delegate all or any of its powers under this Act (except its powers under section 81) to:
(a) a committee of the Corporation; or
(b) a director of the Corporation; or
(c) an employee of the Corporation.
(2) In the exercise of a power delegated by the Corporation, the delegate is subject to the directions of the Corporation.
