PROCEEDS OF CRIME ACT 2002 - SECT 120
Acquittals do not affect pecuniary penalty orders
The fact that a person has been acquitted of an offence with
which the person has been charged does not affect the court's power to
make a * pecuniary penalty order in relation to the offence.
