PROCEEDS OF CRIME ACT 2002 - SECT 263

    This Part   is not intended to limit or exclude the operation of another law of the Commonwealth, a State or a Territory relating to:

  (a)   the search of persons or * premises; or

  (b)   the stopping, detaining or searching of * conveyances; or

  (c)   the seizure of things.
