PROCEEDS OF CRIME ACT 2002 - SECT 273

Failure to provide information

    A person commits an offence if the person refuses or fails to comply with a notice given to the person under paragraph   270(1)(a).

Penalty:   Imprisonment for 6 months or 30 penalty units, or both.
