Official Trustee does not acquire any additional proprietary interests in controlled property

    To avoid doubt, the * Official Trustee does not acquire any additional proprietary interests in * controlled property when:

  (a)   exercising powers conferred by this Division; or

  (b)   performing duties imposed by this Division.
