PROCEEDS OF CRIME ACT 2002 - SECT 311

    An * interstate forfeiture order ceases to be registered under this Act if:

  (a)   the order ceases to be in force in the jurisdiction in which it was made; or

  (b)   the registration is cancelled under section   312.
