PROCEEDS OF CRIME ACT 2002 - SECT 56
Forfeiture orders must specify the value of forfeited property
The court must specify, in any * forfeiture order it makes, the
amount it considers to be the value, at the time the order is made, of the
property (other than money) specified in the order.
