PROTECTION OF THE SEA LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 1986 - SECT 38

    Section   9 of the Principal Act is amen ded by omitting from paragraphs   ( a) and (b) " Australia " and substituting " a place to w hich the Convention applies " .
