PROTECTION OF THE SEA (CIVIL LIABILITY FOR BUNKER OIL POLLUTION DAMAGE) ACT 2008 - SECT 24

    Applications may be made to the Administrative Review Tribunal for review of the following decisions of the Authority:

  (a)   a decision under subsection   18(7) to refuse to issue a certificate;

  (b)   a decision under subsection   22(1) to cancel a certificate.
