Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated ActsParagraphs 2 and 3 of Article 11 (except to the extent that they impose obligations on the Assembly), and Article 18, of the 2003 Protocol, in so far as they relate to Australia, have the force of law as part of the law of the Commonwealth.
