Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) Sections 1, 2, 3, 4 and 7, and the amendment of the Parliament House Construction Authority Act 1979 made by this Act, commence on the day on which this Act receives the Royal Assent.
(2) The remaining provisions of this Act commence on a day or days to be fixed by Proclamation.
