Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated ActsThe Fair Work Ombudsman must, as soon as practicable after completing an investigation referred by the Secretary under section 143, notify the Secretary, in writing, of the outcome of the investigation.
Note: If the Fair Work Ombudsman gives a compliance notice, the Fair Work Ombudsman must also notify the Secretary of the outcome of the compliance notice (see section 158).
