Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) A person in respect of whom a departure prohibition order is in force may apply for a certificate (a departure authorisation certificate ) authorising the person to depart from Australia for a foreign country.
(2) The application must be in a form approved by the Secretary.
