PAID PARENTAL LEAVE ACT 2010 - SECT 200R

  (1)   Applications may be made to the ART for review of a decision of the Secretary under section   200E, 200H or 200J.

  (2)   Despite any provision of Chapter   5, that Chapter does not apply in relation to any decision of the Secretary under this Division.
