Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated ActsThe Secretary or a person's employer (the payer ) is taken to have complied with a requirement to pay an instalment on a particular day if the payer pays the instalment:
(a) before that day; or
(b) if the payer cannot pay the instalment on that day--as soon as practicable after that day.
