Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated ActsThis Act does not derogate in any way from the rights and remedies the following parties to a security agreement have, apart from this Act, against each other in relation to a default by the debtor under the security agreement:
(a) the debtor;
(b) the grantor;
(c) a secured party.
