PERSONAL PROPERTY SECURITIES ACT 2009 - SECT 217

    An appeal does not lie from a decision of a court:

  (a)   in relation to the transfer of a proceeding under section   211; or

  (b)   as to which rules of evidence and procedure are to be applied under subsection   215(1).
