Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated ActsSection 73 (priority between security interests and declared statutory interests) applies in relation to an interest in collateral only if the interest is created, arises or is provided for under one of the following at or after the registration commencement time:
(a) a law of the Commonwealth, a State or a Territory;
(b) the general law.
