Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated ActsA court may, on the application of a person entitled to receive a notice under section 95 (notice of removal of an accession), make an order:
(a) postponing the removal of the accession; or
(b) determining the amount payable to the secured party under section 96 for the retention of the accession.
