Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) A Secretary, on behalf of the Commonwealth, has all the rights, duties and powers of an employer in respect of Parliamentary Service employees in the relevant Department.
(2) Without limiting subsection ( 1), a Secretary has, in respect of Parliamentary Service employees in the relevant Department, the rights, duties and powers that are prescribed by the determinations.
