Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) A second - tier person is entitled to be engaged as a Parliamentary Service employee, in accordance with the determinations, within the time limits prescribed by the determinations.
(2) Determinations made for the purposes of subsection ( 1) may prescribe exceptions to the entitlement.
