Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) The investigating Commissioner may make any preliminary inquiries, of any person, that the Commissioner considers necessary for the purposes of determining how to deal with a conduct issue.
(2) This section does not limit the information, documents or things to which the investigating Commissioner may have regard in making a decision about how to deal with a conduct issue.
