Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) The investigating Commissioner may investigate the conduct issue in such manner as the Commissioner thinks fit.
(2) The investigating Commissioner must:
(a) complete the investigation as quickly as the requirements of this Act and a proper consideration of the conduct issue permits; and
(b) observe the requirements of procedural fairness when conducting the investigation.
(3) Conduct issues may be investigated together.
