PARLIAMENTARY WORKPLACE SUPPORT SERVICE ACT 2023 - SECT 24FJ

    A person commits an offence if:

  (a)   the person engages in conduct; and

  (b)   the person's conduct breaches a condition under subsection   24FH(1).

Penalty:   Imprisonment for 6 months or 30 penalty units, or both.
