PARLIAMENTARY WORKPLACE SUPPORT SERVICE ACT 2023 - SECT 36B

  (1)   There is to be:

  (a)   a Chair Commissioner of the IPSC; and

  (b)   at least 6, and not more than 8, other Commissioners of the IPSC.

  (2)   At least 4 Commissioners must be women.
