Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) The Minister may grant leave of absence to the Chair of the PWSS Advisory Board on the terms and conditions as to remuneration or otherwise that the Minister determines.
(2) The Chair of the PWSS Advisory Board may grant leave of absence to a member of the PWSS Advisory Board on the terms and conditions that the Chair determines.
