Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) A provisional international broadcasting certificate comes into force on the day on which it was issued and remains in force for 240 days.
(2) If a provisional international broadcasting certificate expires, subsection (1) does not prevent the making of a fresh application for a new certificate.
