RADIOCOMMUNICATIONS ACT 1992 - SECT 201

Operation of laws of States or Territories

    This Part   is not intended to exclude or limit the concurrent operation of:

  (a)   the law of a State or Territory; or

  (b)   regulations, Ordinances or other instruments of a legislative character made under an Act other than this Act.
