Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated ActsA person is a designated forfeiture officer for the purposes of this Act if the person is:
(a) a member of the staff of the ACMA authorised, in writing, by the ACMA for the purposes of this section; or
(b) the Chair of the ACMA.
