Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) A spectrum licence comes into force on the day on which it is issued or on such later day as is specified in the licence for the purpose.
(2) Subject to Division 3, a spectrum licence remains in force for the period specified in the licence.
(3) The licence may specify any period up to 20 years.
