Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated ActsWhere any person has on any day done or omitted to do something, and the person's act or omission amounts to an offence against section 3 or 6, and does or omits to do the same thing at any hearing of the Commission held on some other day, each such act or omission shall be a separate offence.
