Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) A Board member may resign his or her appointment by giving the responsible Ministers a written resignation.
(2) The resignation takes effect on :
(a) the day it is received by the responsible Ministers (or if the Ministers receive it on different days, the later of those days); or
(b) if a later day is specified in the resignation -- on that later day.
