Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) The NHMRC Licensing Committee may, by notice in writing given to the licence holder, suspend or revoke a general licence if the Committee believes on reasonable grounds that a condition of the licence has been breached.
(2) If a licence holder is convicted of an offence under this Act or the Prohibition of Human Cloning Act 2002 , the NHMRC Licensing Committee must, by notice in writing given to the licence holder, revoke each general licence held by the licence holder.
