Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated ActsIf regulations made for the purposes of subsection 287(5) of the Commonwealth Electoral Act 1918 are in force, the amount or value of a gift consisting of or including a disposition of property other than money is, for the purposes of this Part, to be determined in accordance with principles set out or referred to in those regulations.
