Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated ActsA person who is, or has been, an officer or a scrutineer shall not either directly or indirectly, divulge or communicate any information with respect to the vote of an elector at a referendum acquired by the person in the performance of functions or in the exercise of powers under this Act or the regulations in a manner that is likely to enable the identification of the elector.
Penalty: Imprisonment for 6 months or 10 penalty units, or both.
