Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) A provision of an Act or a legislative instrument, contravention of which constitutes an offence of strict liability, is subject to an infringement notice under this Part if an Act provides that the provision is subject to an infringement notice under this Part.
(2) A civil penalty provision of an Act or a legislative instrument is subject to an infringement notice under this Part if an Act provides that the provision is subject to an infringement notice under this Part.
