Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) The Regulator may authorise in writing a member of the staff of the Regulator, or a member of the staff of the other Regulator, for the purposes of a specified provision of this Act.
(2) The authorisation may be restricted to a particular function or power under the provision.
