Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated ActsIf an inspector believes on reasonable grounds that it is necessary to enter premises for the purposes of an investigation of the whole or a part of the affairs of an RSA provider, the inspector may, at any reasonable time, enter the premises and:
(a) inspect any book found on the premises that relates to the affairs of the RSA provider or that he or she believes on reasonable grounds to relate to those affairs; and
(b) make copies of, or take extracts from, any such book.
