Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) Where a person who is a temporary employee requests CSC to direct, under this section, that the person be treated as an eligible employee for the purposes of this Act, CSC may direct that the person is, as from the day on which the direction is given, an eligible employee for the purposes of this Act.
(4) The regulations may make provision for modifying this section in the application of the section to and in relation to a prescribed temporary employee, or to and in relation to a prescribed class of temporary employees.
