SUPERANNUATION ACT 1976 - SECT 110SL

CSC to pay amounts into Fund

    If, following a request from a person under subsection   110SK(2), (3) or (4), the trustee of a fund or superannuation entity pays an amount to CSC, CSC must pay that amount into the Fund.
