Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) For the purposes of this Division, part of the value of the net assets of the existing Fund, being a part the value of which is determined by the Minister, shall be deemed to relate to persons other than existing contributors.
(2) In making the determination under subsection (1), the Minister shall have regard to such matters (if any) as are prescribed.
