Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) The regulations may provide that, if a person requests CSC to reconsider one of its decisions under this Act, the regulations or the Trust Deed, the person is liable to pay a fee to CSC.
(2) Subsection (1) does not authorise the imposition of taxation within the meaning of section 55 of the Constitution.
(3) The regulations may make provision for and in relation to the refund of any fees paid under subsection (1).
