Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated ActsIf any right of a participating corporation to receive a payment from a person under this Part is assigned to the Commonwealth, the Secretary must as soon as practicable arrange for written notice to be given to the person stating that the right has been so assigned and identifying any future payments by the person that, because of the assignment, are required to be made to the Commonwealth.
