STUDENT ASSISTANCE ACT 1973 - SECT 41B

    The interest charge under section   41 or 41A for a day is due and payable to the Commonwealth at the end of that day.

Note:   The interest charge for a day is a debt owed to the Commonwealth: see section   39.
