Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated ActsThe Minister must not, in order to take account of the proposal, vary the approved school determination for the school with effect from a day in the program year preceding the program year in which the application is made unless the Minister is satisfied that there are exceptional circumstances that justify the variation taking effect in that preceding program year.
