Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) The Minister must not authorise a payment to a State under this Act for a non - government school, or another non - government body, unless the relevant authority of the school or body has made an agreement (a funding agreement ) with the Commonwealth that complies with Division 3 (Funding agreements).
(2) A funding agreement may have been made before the commencement of this Act.
