SCHOOLS ASSISTANCE ACT 2008 - SECT 122

Revoking approved school determinations--schools ineligible for funding

    The Minister must revoke an approved school determination for a school in a State under section   121 if:

  (a)   the school stops being recognised by the State Minister; or

  (b)   the school stops existing; or

  (c)   the school starts to be conducted for profit.
