Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated ActsIf the Minister makes any of the following determinations, the Minister must give written notice of the determination to the approved authority of the approved school system concerned:
(a) an approved school system determination;
(b) a determination varying or revoking an approved school system determination.
