SCHOOLS ASSISTANCE ACT 2008 - SECT 157

Revoking approved authority determinations--decisions on change of authority proposals

    The Minister must:

  (a)   approve the proposal; or

  (b)   refuse to approve the proposal.

Note:   The Minister's power to approve the proposal is subject to section   158 (prerequisites for change of authority proposals).
